Absence reporting

The school should be notified as soon as a pupil is absent through sickness or other valid reasons using either the student absence line or e mail below.

A note of explanation should be brought on return. Known absence of some length should be notified to the School so that work may be set if appropriate. Dental and Medical appointments should be made wherever possible outside of the school day. If however School time cannot be avoided, a written note of confirmation is required. All pupils must report to the pupil hatch when leaving or office reception when returning to school from such visits.
