They will be looking at current stories and using different medias, throughout the day.
2:15PM - St Peter and Paul school, Widnes, Cheshire: When I called St Peter and Paul school I spoke to three students called Louise, Andria and Alex who were taking part in the BBC School News Report. I asked them a few questions to see how their day was progressing. Their reports went really well after a few hiccups at the beginning and they have nearly finished, just need to do a few finishing touches. The editing of the recording went to plan but the end was rushed because they had too much to do in so little time. They learnt to add a blog, gather information from all internet news and news websites. Their top tips of the day were to keep yourself as organised as possible and communicate with fellow students so they don’t get confused and they can stay as focused as possible.- Becki Alec Hunter Humanities College
